Moving abroad takes some organization and selling your home is top priority. In the current climate, houses are sitting on the market for quite some time and it is likely if you’re moving internationally, you will be looking for a quick sale. This is where a property buying company could prove to be useful. These professional services offer a complete home buying service all covered under one roof. Recommended quick sale property companies, such as National Homebuyers can offer a solution to selling your home swiftly.

With more and more people emigrating for employment reasons or retirement reasons, it is essential to consider what you will do with your home, which is always the biggest decision a family can make when moving abroad. House selling in the UK is notorious for taking quite some time and the risks of your home not selling is still quite high. If there is much needed capital tied up in your home, then release of the capital will be paramount to enable the move abroad and setting up home in your chosen country. Using the services of a home buying company will relieve the stress of agents, surveys and potential vendors pulling out. Little can be more disappointing than getting to the contract stage and the vendor pulling out of the sale. If you are relocating due to employment, then the risk of losing the opportunity increases with every delay on selling your home.

Using a Quick Sale Property Company to Help You When You’re Moving Internationally:

A quick sale property company will relieve many areas that are involved in selling a home. From valuation to completion, everything is covered and there is no waiting for mortgages to be agreed, lengthy legal fees or choosing the right estate agent. Moving abroad will involve many tasks and attempting to fit in viewings of your home while trying to pack, sort out schooling and your living accommodation at the other end, will only add to your stress.

There are many recommended quick sale property companies. Refine your needs by looking at what services are covered. Do your research and get a few quotes on the price of your home and do ask a local agent to value your home. Use an agent who will not place you under any obligation to put your home on the market with them and maybe get a couple of valuations from local agents which will give you a benchmark figure when dealing with a home buying company. Most of the fast sale property companies will have in-house property conveyancers who will cover all the legalities around selling your home and to cut down on your task list, having everything dealt with by one company will save you time and money. You are removing the risk of a property being left empty if you can afford to move without selling your home immediately and removing the risk of having tenants in your property while you’re abroad which will still involve a set of costs from overseas that will require some form of management.

The freeing up of some much needed capital for your new life abroad can be arranged quickly and efficiently with the use of a home buying service.

Wish I had known about those quick sale companies when looking to buy a house! they have to have some bargains. I chose to keep my UK property as a rental though, less complications and more cash flow.

  2. I have never heard of a quick-sale company, but I also didn’t go the normal route for a mortgage either. I will definitely look into them more, because it might be a good way to find a deal.

i hope quick sale company doesn’t mean accepting the first offer that comes along!

Quick sale can be a very touchy subject. I recently had to go through this as a timetable was running short. Luckily, I received the offer I desired in enough time and I was able to sell my house.
