What a long and stressful week! Both my wife and I had some pretty hectic schedules these past few days, but it’s all good. This week was also very special because we celebrated our son’s birthday! He’s a great present “getter” because he opens each present as if it’s the best present he’s ever received. Unfortunately I think the week is going to end with Mrs. MMD coming down with a cold.

I’m glad to announce we finally got the estimate back on our house and will be closing on our HARP Refinance soon! We also finished installing our hardwood floors. Both of these will be expanded upon in upcoming posts next week.

Stats:

Here are my stats for the week:

• Alexa Ranking: 328,365 (as of 3/03/12). We’re down about 70,000 spots from last week.  Strategies for the week included a lot of visiting other blogs, commenting on some great articles, and submitting to a ton of carnivals.

• Google PageRank: 1 / 10

Thank you to all my new and returning visitors who have helped me achieve these ranks. I appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy my site!

Happy belated birthday to your son! Looks like you’ve been getting some good exposure for your blog. For these regular weekly posts you might want to consider making each title somehow unique. Search engines prefer a site to not have duplicate titles. You could simply include the date at the end or a brief secondary title.

Thanks for the birthday wish and thanks for the tip! I had a hunch that naming these posts the same thing would probably backfire on me somehow. Looks like I’ll need to be just a little more creative.
